Overview

At Into The Weeds, we prioritize the safety and quality of all products we sell, in compliance with SLGA regulations. To maintain the integrity of our products, we have established the following returns and exchanges policy:

 

1. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products unless they are defective (as determined by the manufacturer) or subject to a recall. If you have received a defective product or one that has been recalled, please bring the product (and original packaging if possible) to the location it was originally purchased at within 15 days of the original purchase date for assistance.

2. Process for Returns or Exchanges

  • Bring the defective or recalled product to the location it was originally purchased at

  • Ask to speak with Lead on Duty

  •  We will assess the product and, if eligible, provide you with an exchange or refund for the item.

3. Why This Policy is in Place

This policy helps us ensure that the products we sell are handled only by authorized parties (the manufacturer and our staff). We cannot verify the safety or quality of a product once it has left our control, and therefore, we are unable to resell all returned items.

4. Feedback and Concerns

If you have any questions, feedback, or concerns about a product, we encourage you to contact the manufacturer directly. However, if you need assistance reaching the manufacturer or have any other inquiries, our team is happy to help facilitate with communication.
